The goal of this position is to accelerate sales growth by teaming with a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to increase sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Enter Sales Orders into ERP system
• Focus on sales breadth, recurring revenues, and transactional business
• Handle challenges, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
• Prospecting and growing target accounts, leads and current customers
• Assess customer’s needs and recommend potential products or services
• Understanding our renewable lines of business (Services, Supplies, and Support) and weaving those components with each engagement
• Full knowledge of the AB&R “My Account” functionality to help customers better self-serve their needs for product ordering and services.

 

Requirements:

• Proven Customer Support experience
• Technical Curiosity
• Familiar with Customer Relationship Management systems and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• College Degree or four (4) years of sales experience

 

Language Skills 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
