Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Compliance requires all commercial truck drivers to have a certified ELD installed and functioning within the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCA’s) guidelines with full data transfer and download available for the use of law enforcement and real-time information by December 2017 and drivers will have 2 years following that to comply.

It is recommended that installs begin as early as possible to work out any issues that may arise to keep downtime to a minimum.
