1.)   Service your current equipment

Review records of your equipment maintenance and plan for preventative services to be completed now. 2.)   Assess current state of supplies and make projections for the season

3.)   Evaluate to Differentiate

Product returns continue to rise with 62 percent of consumers stating they have returned an item purchased in 2013 compared to 51 percent in 2012*. Consumers are looking to have the option for returns and there are ways to stay competitive, save money, and make improvements on processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
