If you own any AIDC equipment, it is likely you could take advantage of the warranty repair services that AB&R® offers. Nearly all of the equipment we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty. We are pleased to offer extended warranty protection on the equipment you buy from us to ensure your success and protect you from costly repairs after the manufacturer warranty expires. Motorola’s Service from the Start and Zebra Technology’s Zebra Care are two of our most popular extended warranty protection programs.

Motorola’s Service from the Start guarantees faster repair turn around time, covers damage to equipment, and of course, extends the warranty beyond the standard manufacturer warranty. Zebra Care provides on-site (your place) repairs instead of having to box up your printer and ship it to Illinois for repair. This significantly reduces equipment downtime and allows customers peace-of-mind knowing that critical business equipment will keep the business going.

Even if you decided against extended warranty protection when you purchased your equipment, most of the equipment we sell has a standard warranty from the manufacturer. In most cases, the equipment will have to be shipped to the manufacturer, but we can help with the entire process or any piece of the process that you may need. AB&R’s® service team will help you procure the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the manufacturer, track/report the progress of the repair, and make sure you are getting the level of service you deserve.
